Depression is a major health burden which often goes undiagnosed and/oruntreated
A recent study among 80 adults with clinically diagnosed mild to moderate depression
(using the Hamilton Rating Scale of Depression) reported a 47% reduction in depressive
symptoms following 12 weeks of 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week.
