We want to give every person, regardless of age or gender, an easy-to-take, scientifically
valid assessment of their current fitness level. It’s our belief that the first
step in any fitness program or regimen is to understand your current physical condition.
This test will give you easy-to-understand scores, complete with Functional Area
explanations and recommendations for improvement. Not bad for something you can
do from the privacy of your own home!
The test and report are designed to:
- Assess and diagnose where you are on your own personal fitness curve
- Deliver a number, called your FitIndex™, that will be your benchmark for improvements
- Deliver assessments based on your abilities in 6 core Functional Areas (cardio,
flexibility, strength, balance, body composition, and lifestyle)
- Determine your areas of health/fitness and areas for improvement
- Present the potential health and fitness realities if you choose to change nothing
- Offer suggestions on how to make small, manageable changes to improve your fitness
- Point you to resources to help you achieve both your short- and long-term goals
