Welcome to the simple and accessible way to get a scientifically accurate assessment
of your fitness. Everything you might want to know about what makes the iMeasure
Fitness Test work is right here.
You test yourself in 6 core Functional Areas – Cardio, Flexibility, Strength, Balance,
and Body Composition, and Lifestyle. Yes, there will be some sweat.
It should take you about 1 hour to read through the test and questions carefully, perform the
activities, and record your results on your Score Card. Most of the tools you need
to complete the test exist in every iMeasure Test Kit.
Then, you’ll enter your results at iMeasureFitness.com. In return, you’ll receive
a personalized iMeasure Fitness Assessment Report.
The report delivers your FitIndex™, explains how you faired in each of the 6 core
Functional Areas, how you stack up against others in your age group and gender,
and suggests a few tips for improving your functional scores and your FitIndex™.
